Investwise was established in 2005, by its current Managing Partner, Troy Felt.

At just seventeen, Troy set a simple goal for wealth creation: he made the decision to acquire two properties per year.  With time, effort and determination, Troy achieved his goal. In the process, he developed a wealth creation model for property investment that changed his life - not to mention an extensive knowledge of the Western Australia real estate market.

Daniel McQuillan

Daniel relocated to Perth from Sydney at the turn of the millennium seeking greener pastures and opportunities after anticipating the economic driver to swing WA. Teaming up with industry experts, he was one of the founders of Western Australian Finance Group (WAFG).

Moving on forward a few years, Daniel who is a qualified financial advisor and mortgage broker found a niche opportunity in property investment. He also has a diploma in Real-Estate Property Services Agency Management. A tactical strategist, he leverages on his deep understanding of the financial instruments coupled with in-depth knowledge of the property economics to formulate a wealth development blueprint for himself. Proven this has done well, he is now engaging these strategies for his Clients, tailored to suit their individual needs.

Daniel teamed up with Troy in 2011 to establish Investwise to offer these services to the greater masses.    

He has been in the financial services and property sector for over 13 years. Property investment for Daniel is his passion. He has several properties in his own portfolio which he has a specific plan and target for. He now uses his experiences to help clients find the right investment package and strategy.
